Borussia Dortmund manager Thomas Tuchel says his side were in an "unbalanced outlook" when their group transport was deferred before Wednesday's Champions League second leg at Monaco.
Dortmund said the transport was halted by police for 20 minutes, with commence then postponed by five minutes.
The occurrence happened seven days after three bombs detonated near their transport before the main leg in Dortmund.
"Everybody went calm and it felt not all that great," said Tuchel, 43.
