Newcastle manager Rafa Benitez has uncovered his regard for Pepe Reina and declined to preclude the Napoli attendant as an objective.
Benitez is reputed to hope to add another goalkeeper to his squad with Premier League advancement now affirmed.
Reina, 34, has been connected with a move far from the Naples club with only 12 months staying on his agreement and on Sunday he was asked by the Italian media whether the previous Liverpool man was important to him.
