Paul Pogba to miss FA Cup tie with Huddersfield due to illness


Paul Pogba has been precluded of Manchester United's FA Cup fifth-round match at Huddersfield because of disease. 

The 24-year-old has been at the focal point of theory all week after reports surfaced that his association with United manager Jose Mourinho had turned out to be stressed and that he was despondent at being played too somewhere down in midfield. 

Mourinho expelled those reports as "lies" at his question and answer session on Friday and said Pogba would play against the Terriers. 

Notwithstanding, the club reported via web-based networking media that Pogba was sick and had been supplanted in the squad by under-23 player Ethan Hamilton. 

Mourinho acknowledged on Friday that Pogba was not in top frame but rather said the reports were path wide of the stamp. 
"I don't need to talk with you about my discussions with my players. I don't need to disclose to you anything about it," he said. 

"It is my concern, it is the player's concern. A major lie that our relationship isn't great, a major lie that we don't impart, a major lie that we don't concur with his positions and his inclusion in the dynamic of the group. 

"Along these lines, be goal and say what we as a whole know: in the last couple of matches he didn't play well. Period. End of story. 

"Presently, it's my concern and Paul's concern to manage it and attempt to enhance his execution level. You don't should be a liar." 

Mourinho at that point welcomed columnists in the space to disclose to him what position Pogba played in United's last amusement - the Premier League thrashing to Newcastle last Sunday. 

Mourinho cleared up that Pogba's favored arrangement is 4-3-3 and playing as an "eight on the left", before encouraging the media to clarify the diversion and not talk . 

"He had major damage in the season," Mourinho said. 

"He nearly went to surgery like (Ousmane) Dembele in Barcelona ran with a fundamentally the same as damage. 

"The choice was not to do it and go to a traditionalist treatment, which came about, exceptionally well. Everyone was extremely content with the way things went."
