Cristiano Ronaldo has been charged by UEFA after 'cojones' celebration in Juve v Atletico

Cristiano Ronaldo will face disciplinary action for his celebration after scoring one of his three goals in the 3-0 victory over Atletico Madrid in the Champions League last week.

UEFA added that the Portuguese player will face a hearing on Thursday because of "improper conduct" during the second round match, where Juventus completed a 3-2 victory in both games.

Ronaldo issued a similar signal to Atletico coach Diego Simone as he celebrated his first goal in the first leg by turning to the crowd and putting his hands on his pants.

Simeoni was fined 20,000 euros ($ 22,708) for the incident but was not suspended for the return match. Juventus will face Ajax Amsterdam in the quarter-finals of the continental championship.
