Zinchenko joined his teammate Kyle Walker, who also renewed his contract on Wednesday, to continue in the Man City for five seasons.
Walker signed a new two-year contract for £ 170,000 a week.
Zinchenko was close to leaving Manchester City at the beginning of last season, with Wolverhampton agreeing to join him for 16 million pounds, but he decided to continue and struggle to participate, and already succeeded in that and booked a key role in the formation of the Man City.
Zinchenko participated in 29 league games this season, scored a goal, and made 5 Assists.
