Borussia Dortmund vs Slavia Praha – Highlights

61' GOAL! Right on cue, Brandt puts Dortmund 2-1 up! It's simple stuff - Sancho finds a pocket of space on the left wing, he plays it into Brandt who lashes a left-footed shot in between Kolar and his near post.

43' GOAL! It's 1-1, Soucek levels things up! Slavia put together a really excellent move down the right. As the ball comes in, Skoda chests it down and while he can't keep it fully under control, Soucek is there to swipe it home. Great goal.

10' GOAL! Sancho scores, 1-0 Dortmund! It's a lovely move from the home side. Akanji lays off Brandt in midfield, and the German plays a beautiful side-footed pass in behind for Reus, breaking in behind down the right channel. He squares it to the accompanying Sancho for a tap-in at the back post.

 

8' Brilliant save from Burki! Stanciu delivers a cross from a deep position on the right which the Dortmund defence don't see coming. Olayinka meets it with a downward header, but the keeper somehow springs his right leg out to deflect the ball away. 

 

7' Another corner for Slavia on the right. This time an outswinging delivery finds Soucek in a central position, but he can't connect properly with the header and it's easily saved. 

 

6' Now it's Slavia's time to win a corner on the right. There's what looks like a training-ground routine as three players play a rapid triangle between themselves into the penalty area from the corner, but Kudela's scuffed pass takes the pace out of the move and Dortmund get it away. 

 

5' The corner is flicked on at the near post but cleared away. Moments later, Brandt gets in behind down the left and pulls the ball back to Hummels, but the veteran defender can't keep his first-time finish down and it flies over the crossbar. 

 

4' Sancho gets his first chance to drive at the Slavia defence and he does so strongly, drifting infield from the left and having a right-footed shot from the edge of the area deflected behind for a corner. 

 

3' Masopust manages to lift his leg up high to hook a cross in towards Skoda from the right, but it's headed away.   

 

1' We're off and running, as Skoda gets the ball rolling for Slavia. They go back to defence but lose the ball within 20 seconds as Dortmund press high right from the whistle.
