63' Lucas gets the assist, but what a moment for Bergwijn. What a moment for this game! City have had Spurs on the ropes all match and yet have somehow imploded in the last few minutes.

60' RED CARD FOR ZINCHENKO! City are down to 10 men! City get a corner down their right off Sanchez and take it short. It's intercepted, Spurs break upfield through Winks and Zinchenko brings him down. That's Zinchenko's second booking and off he goes. How much will that change things?

45' + 3' Aguero misses another good chance! Mahrez drops a lovely ball over the top for Sterling who's rushing into the right of the box. Sterling squares it first-time for Aguero who fires wide from a few yards out! To be fair, it was a tight angle that made it hard for the Argentine to get a clean shot away.

45' + 2' Mahrez is City's main source of width at the moment. His low pass into the box is blocked. De Bruyne gets impatient and has a pop from long range but it's way over the bar.

45' City deal with the corner. There will be four additional minutes in this half.

44' City just can't score penalties at the moment. They've failed to score four of their last six now with three different takers! Up the other end, Spurs get a free-kick as Rodri brings down Son. Alli keeps it in play and hands it to Son who wins a corner for Spurs. It's a positive end to the half for the home side.

35' Aurier spots Bergwijn's run down the inside-right channel. Bergwijn crosses and Walker gets just enough of a header on it to divert it from the path of Alli.

34' Spurs keep the ball after Lo Celso's free-kick is cleared. Aurier pumps a cross into the box from deep but nobody in white is there.

33' Lucas works hard to win back possession for Spurs. Walker clumsily fouls Lucas after the Brazilian knocks the ball past him. A yellow card is the result.

32' Gundogan fires a perfect no-look pass out wide to Mahrez. Mahrez exchanges passes with De Bruyne before looping a left-footed cross into the box. It sails out of play. 

30' Gundogan's pass is intercepted and Bergwijn finds Alli drifting wide left. Unfortunately for the Spurs man, there's no one else around him and three City players closing him down. City inevitably win the ball back.

28' Spurs are finding it hard to keep hold of the ball. Sterling finds De Bruyne wide right but the Belgian's cross is blocked. Mahrez has the chance to follow up but dawdles for too long and Lo Celso arrives on the scene.

26' Chance for City! Mahrez intercepts a poor pass and sends Aguero into the box. Aguero fires low past Lloris but his effort rebounds off the bottom of the upright and back into play! That was City's best scoring opportunity yet.

25' De Bruyne offers himself on the underlap for Mahrez and the Algerian finds him. The Belgian's looking lively early on.

24' De Bruyne fizzes a low and powerful shot from range straight into the arms of Lloris. It was worth a try.

23' The flag goes up for a City foul during the corner. Guardiola looks unfussed down on the touchline.

21' Aguero puts together a spellbinding piece of play, one-twoing his way forward with the help of De Bruyne and Gundogan. The Argentine motors his way into Spurs' box. Lloris closes him down at his near post. Son concedes a corner for City.

20' Aurier plays a pass down the line for Son who can't see off Zinchenko. City go hunting on the break but Aguero's poor touch lets him down.

19' Rodri looks for Mahrez down the right again but Mahrez hasn't made the run. The Algerian puts his hands up in apology.

18' Ederson races way out of his goal to punt clear a rogue pass. He's always a brave, aggressive keeper. Mahrez bears down on Spurs' box and is stopped by a combination of Tanganga and Sanchez.

17' Lo Celso tries to set Lucas free down the right-hand channel but the Argentine's pass goes awry.

16' This is quite an even game so far with two quality sides going at it each other. Long may this continue.

14' Alli eventually gets to his feet. He should be fine. Zinchenko stops Son's burst down the right with a fantastic challenge, only for Tottenham to come forward again.

13' There's a brief delay as VAR check whether Sterling's offence was possibly worthy of a red card. They decide it wasn't.

12' Sterling gets an early booking for a late challenge on Alli.

11' Ederson is weirdly hesitant to intercept a loose ball with Lucas bearing down on him on the edge of the box. The keeper eventually manages to get in the way.

10' Sterling gets bundled over under pressure from Aurier in the box but there are no calls for a penalty from the England winger. This game's started at a decent pace.

9' City's latest attack breaks down as Aguero first fluffs a shot from a Walker cross then has a second blocked. Now Spurs counter! Son powers down the right. When the South Korean eventually shoots, Fernandinho is there to put a stop to it. 

7' Rodri spots Mahrez's run down the right but Tanganga is alive to his aerial pass and heads it away. City keep possession and Mahrez rolls the ball to De Bruyne in the box who blasts wide from a tight angle.

5' Alderweireld tries the trick again and this time Alli dashes in behind City's defence. Ederson ventures out of his goal and makes the stop. Alli's offside anyway.

4' Alderweireld booms a pass forward for Son who's made his way into the right-hand channel. It bounces harmlessly out for a City throw.

3' Man City's long period of possession ends when Rodri concedes a foul on Lucas. Spurs will have to be patient when they don't have the ball, which will probably be most of the time.

2' Man City get into their usual passing rhythm. Aguero tries to beat Alderweireld in the box but doesn't have the pace to get past the Belgian.

1' Here we go then! Man City get this game underway.
