90' + 2' Pickford takes an age to take a free-kick as he looks to run down the clock. After a bit of hesitation he sends the ball straight back to Mignolet and Belgium will have one final chance to try and create something.
90' There will be a minimum of four minutes of added time as Southgate's side look to protect their 2-1 lead.
89' Lukaku tries to hold up possession after Alderweireld's long pass; however, he is swarmed by England's three-man defence and Belgium will again have to attempt to build from the back.
J. Sancho
M. Mount
England
89' Sancho comes on to replace Mount, whose goal could prove to be the winner in this Nations League fixture.
87' Witsel sells Meunier a bit short which allows Trippier to intercept. Kane is then fouled in the centre of the pitch and there are a few words exchanged between the benches on the touchline.
85' CHANCE! Rice and Rashford exchange multiple passes down the left wing with the latter eventually reaching the edge of the area. Rashford then shifts the ball to his right and unleashes an effort which sails just over the bar. That was nearly 3-1 England and game over.

Belgium
83' Carrasco, whose goal in the first half was ruled out for offside, is brought off and replaced by Doku.

82' Mount looks to grab his second goal and again his shot is deflected, this time by Denayer and wide of the target. England's corner is then headed wide by Kane, who was unmarked in the area and perhaps should have done better.
80' Rashford stops Meunier from advancing near the right-hand touchline, much to the delight of Southgate, who applauds and encourages his England men as the game heads towards its final stages.
R. James
T. Alexander-Arnold
England

77' Pickford comes to claim a Belgium corner and misses it completely. Luckily for the goalkeeper, there is an abundance of white shirts behind him to clear the danger.
75' Lukaku races towards Pickford's goal until he is stopped by the pace of Walker. The Belgian striker does manage to get a shot away but it is deflected out for a corner.
74' England players have their arms in the air after a sliding tackle by Meunier on Rashford. Referee Stieler deems it not to be a free-kick but play comes to a halt while Rashford gets back to his feet.
Y. Verschaeren
K. De Bruyne
Belgium
73' Belgium captain De Bruyne is replaced by Verschaeren.
72' WIDE! De Bruyne plays Carrasco in with the outside of his right boot. Pickford rushes out towards Belgium's winger, and with just the goalkeeper to beat, Carrasco deflects his shot just wide of the right-hand post.
71' England have scored at least two goals in each of their last eight home games; their longest such streak since September 2010 (18 in a row).
69' Belgium may feel hard done by here after England have scored from a penalty and a deflected shot. However, that would be slightly unfair on Southgate's men, as they have improved significantly in this second half.
67' After assisting Mount, Trippier is in action at the other end, heading away a dangerous cross at the back post for a Belgium corner.

60' Martinez is unhappy with the officials after a sliding tackle by Rice on Lukaku. Both players are limping yet neither receive treatment as the game carries on.
58' Calvert-Lewin spins and tries to release Mount on the right wing but Denayer and Castagne combine to remove the danger.
56' It has been a better start to this second half by England. They look to have greater intent when in possession and are giving Belgium's three-man defence one or two things to think about now.

55' Henderson slides in Mount, who reaches the byline and looks to cross but his attempts are blocked by Denayer. England's resulting corner is taken by Tripper and goes towards a dangerous area but comes to nothing.
53' There is chaos in the area as Rashford heads back towards Calvert-Lewin, who is brought down by Denayer. Referee Stieler feels there is nothing in the challenge and instead awards England a corner.
51' Calvert-Lewin leaves Denayer on the floor as he dances past the centre-back. England are then content to work possession from side to side as they look to create a chance in the visitors' final third but their hard work comes to nothing as they lose the ball.
50' De Bruyne and Carrasco look to press high; however, the hosts play out from the back competently, with the move eventually breaking down at the feet of Rashford on the left wing.
48' Rashford speeds away from the Belgian defence before teeing up Calvert-Lewin on the edge of the area, but the striker's shot is wild and goes high and wide of Mignolet's goal.

46' The teams are back out and referee Stieler blows his whistle to get the second half underway!

45' + 1' HALF-TIME: ENGLAND 1-1 BELGIUM

39' GOALLL!! 1-1! Rashford stutters up to the spot and whips the ball in to the top left-hand corner. Mignolet can do nothing as he is sent the wrong way and the game is back level!

38' PENALTY AWARDED! Meunier drags down Henderson in the area as England's captain attempts to get on the end of Alexander-Arnold's corner and referee Stieler gives another penalty!

Yellow Card

35' Mignolet assertively comes and claims England's corner. The goalkeeper then rushes to launch a counter-attack, however, England regroup and the move breaks down.

D. Rice
Yellow Card

32' Rice is booked for a sliding tackle through the back of Witsel deep in the visitors' half.
31' Rice unfairly challenges Witsel and is then somehow furious with referee Stieler for giving a foul.
29' Alderweireld attempts to play a long pass to Meunier but Pickford reads it well and races out to cut out the danger.

27' The visitors are content to work possession from side to side before Tielemans and Witsel look to launch an attack, which eventually breaks down as Alexander-Arnold intercepts.
25' Lukaku is causing all England's problems here. The Inter striker has scored 13 goals in his last 11 appearances for the Red Devils.
23' Castagne makes an excellent sliding tackle to stop Alexander-Arnold from crossing near the byline. The resulting corner then evades every white shirt in the area and trickles away to Rice, who passes to Trippier but the left wing-back's cross is far too deep and that won't trouble Belgium's defence.
22' After a fairly even opening ten minutes, it has been all Belgium from then on. England have had their share of possession but have lacked penetration, while their visitors look like they will score any time they go forward.
20' WIDE! Witsel wins the aerial duel outside the area and nods it down to Meunier, who volleys with his right foot from inside the area. The full-back's shot goes just wide of Pickford's right-hand post as England's goalkeeper flies across to try and make the save.
19' SAVE! De Bruyne is afforded far too much space on the edge of the area and eventually shoots with his left foot. Pickford does well, diving to his left to palm the shot away before diving on the rebound.
18' England have conceded their first goal in exactly one year (a 2-1 defeat to Czech Republic on October 11, 2019).

16' GOOALLLL!! 1-0 BELGIUM! Lukaku, who won the penalty, calmly converts it with his left foot as he sends Pickford the wrong way, slotting in to the bottom right corner.

15' PENALTY AWARDED! Lukaku gets in to a race with Dier and reaches the area. Tottenham's centre-back then lunges in with his left foot, bringing Lukaku down and referee Stieler deems it to be a penalty.
13' Alexander-Arnold stops De Bruyne from progressing on the left wing and gives away the first corner of the match. The visitors play the resulting corner short and nothing comes of it.

11' Belgium have the ball in the back of the net after great work from Meunier down the right wing but it won't stand. The full-back raced away and cut a pass back to Carrasco, who then fired past Pickford from close range with his right foot. VAR has a quick check and confirms the assistant's decision was correct.

9' Carrasco plays in Meunier with a reverse pass and the full-back reaches the byline before crossing in towards the head of Lukaku, who glances a header way wide of the target.

7' Henderson underhits a diagonal pass towards Tripper, who has strayed in to an offside position and therefore gifts the Belgians possession back.

5' A win here for the visitors would mean Belgium are the first team since France between 2004 and 2010 to win three consecutive games against the hosts, and only the fourth in three consecutive competitive games, after Scotland (1962-64), Italy (1980-97) and Brazil (1962-2002).
3' Tielemans releases De Bruyne over the top, however, Rice is alert to the danger and blocks the Belgian captain's shot before it can reach Pickford.
