73' GOAL! SPURS LEAD 2-1! It's been coming and it's that man Bale who makes the difference. Reguilon's delivery was pinpoint and Bale made no mistake with the header, expertly finding the corner. 


59' GOAL STANDS! After going to the monitor himself, referee Graham Scott has ruled that there was no foul. The Tottenham players can't believe it, and neither can I. 

56' GOAL! BRIGHTON ARE LEVEL! Brighton continue to pour forward in numbers and get their reward. March fires the ball into Gross who feeds the onrushing Lamptey who places it past Lloris and into the bottom corner. VAR is checking for a foul in the build-up.

55' Ndombele dispossesses White but that only feeds March who takes on Sissoko. The Frenchman is forced to conced a throw-in deep in his own half but Brighton can't make anything of it.
53' Hojbjerg is able to continue. Brighton are in possession before Gross gives away a free-kick for a foul on Sissoko. Neither side have settled in this half so far. 
51' Hojbjerg is down and receiving treatment. Mourinho has told Winks to warm up just in case. 
49' Spurs win a free-kick and Kane dinks it in for Son who loses control of the ball before ambitiously claiming for a penalty. Sissoko recovers possession and feeds Kane who nutmegs Bissouma before claiming for a penalty himself. Neither are given.
48' Veltman surges forward from defence and is allowed all the way to the edge of the Tottenham area without much resistance. His attempted pass goes out for a goal-kick, but that was too easy.
47' Son wins an early free-kick after being clipped from the back by Webster. Ndombele gets on the ball in the opposition area but he is crowded out and Brighton come away with it.

45' + 2' Brighton knock the ball around nicely between defence and midfield before Bissouma attempts a ball over the top to Lallana, but the former Liverpool man can't bring it down and it's out for a goal-kick.

45' Bissouma, who has been solid in the middle, is down momentarily after a coming together with Sissoko.
44' Tottenham continue to try and play out from the back. Reguilon is under pressure and tries to offload to Son but he is dispossessed.

39' Reguilon is the next man in the book after a clumsy challenge on Gross.
37' Veltman's challenge on Kane give the home side a free-kick and a chance to get their foot on the ball. 
35' Gross turns Sissoko before feeding lamptey in space. His pass sets up Trossard for a shot on goal but it's well blocked before the linesman raises his flag for offside. 
33' In this phase of the match, Brighton look like the team who are sitting comfortably in the top half of the table.
31' Lallana's cross from the right is overhit and Tottenham clear. Bissouma regathers and finds March on the left whose delivery is headed out for another Brighton corner.
29' Brighton win another corner but Spurs defend it well. They need to reassert themselves in this game.

27' Lallana, Gross and Lamptey are linking up nicely. They work the ball into the box before Lallana's pass to set up Gross is intercepted. Encouraging signs for the visitors.

23' Lamptey is found in acres of space on the right flank. He feeds the ball to White whose delivery is just out of Trossard's reach. But wait. The Brighton forward is claiming he was fould by Doherty. VAR is having a look.

21' SHOT! Son intercepts an attempted pass from Webster before charging down the field towards the Brighton goal. He works space for a shot but his effort flies over the crossbar. 
19' Spurs are enjoying almost 75 per cent possession so far and are knocking the ball around nicely. Reguilon plays a ball over the top intended for Son but Webster covers well.

16' Looking at the penalty call again, it is so tight as to whether it's a penalty of a free-kick. It's a harsh one for Brighton. 
15' Bissouma drives forward as Brighton look to get back on level terms. He loses his balance as he attempts to shoot and his effort is easily blocked.

13' GOAL! Kane steps up and makes no mistake firing past Sanchez to give Tottenham the lead. Mourinho will be delighted.

12' In fact, after a quick VAR check, it's been given as a penalty. Kane will have the perfect chance to give Spurs the lead. 
11' Spurs are being afforded plenty of time on the ball. Ndombele feeds Son in the box and his delivery is well dealt with initially before Lallana concedes a free-kick right on the edge of the box. 
9' As always, Lamotey is looking lively for Brighton. 

7' Son delivers from the left again but it's blocked and out for a corner. Good early pressure from Tottenham.

5' Lamela is popping up everywhere. He starts another move from the right this time before switching the play to Son on the left. He feeds Reguilon who turns and shoots, forcing Sanchez into an early save.

3' CHANCE! Brighton are on the attack but it comes to nothing and Spurs break. Lamela is found on the left wing and his ball across the face of goal is inches from giving Ndomebele a tap-in to open the scoring.

2' Lamptey wins an erly free-kick which is played forward to Trossard who tries to hook the ball into the box. Tottenham gather and enjoy some time on the ball early on without causing any trouble.
1' KICK-OFF! Referee Graham Scott blows his whistle and Brighton get us going.
