Wijnaldum ghosts into the six-yard area and can’t miss as he taps into an empty net from close range with his right foot to double the Netherlands’ lead.
24' GOOOOOOALLL! DEPAY MAKES IT 1-0! Blind clatters into Pandev with a sliding tackle on the edge of the area and the loose ball finds Malen. The forward powers over the halfway line before exchanging a one-two with Depay and making it to the right of goal. Malen then slides back across goal for Depay, who hovers near the penalty spot before coolly slotting a low left-footed finish into the bottom left corner past Dimitrievski. VAR checks Blind’s initial tackle before confirming the goal can stand.
