"There are a lot of talk and ideas, I've spent three wonderful years at Manchester United," he said in remarks published by The Guardian.
"Merit has good moments and bad ones, like anyone, and like anywhere, my last season was the best for me."
"But after all that happened last season, I'm thinking of taking on a new challenge somewhere else."
It is reported that United will not accept the sale of the French star for less than 150 million euros to any of the clubs interested in his services.
United had joined Pogba for nearly 100 million euros in the summer of 2016 from Juventus.
